Delete Your Curiositi Account

Option 1 — Delete from the app

Open Curiositi on your device

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen

Tap Settings

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Confirm deletion when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app send us an email from your registered email address. We will delete your account within 7 days.

What data is deleted and what is kept

When you delete your Curiositi account all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Name and email address Deleted

Learning topics and quiz scores Deleted

Saved bookmarks and library Deleted

Synthesis Lab fusions Deleted

Profile, preferences and language settings Deleted

Push notification token Deleted

Device identifier (anonymised) Deleted within 30 days

Safety logs (anonymised cryptographic hash only — no personal data, no query text) Kept 7 years

Safety logs contain only a one-way cryptographic hash. Your identity and the original text of any query cannot be recovered from these logs. They are retained solely for platform safety compliance.
